"Fascinating.... Well, Princess, if you would grant me leave, I should be off. I'm afraid the royal wedding is not the only business I have in the capital." Liam turned to Euron. "I shall leave you in the very capable hands of the Princess." Liam knew Lavinia would be more than able to handle the ironborn captain. He turned and ventured up the dock intent on reaching the Red Keep.

The moment Liam left Lavinia turned around and pulled her dagger again, placing it against Drumm's hand. "Touch me again and I will cut you," She snarled.

"I'd like to see you do me any real damage," he scoffed, but he did remove his hand from her buttocks. "What oaf was that?"

"Some bastards, as I said," Lavinia replied, still sneering at Euron. "Now, you claimed to get a lot of women naked. I doubt that somehow."

"It helps when your laws allow you to take salt wives," he said. "I've got three of them. Fine wenches all. And bastard children too. "
He paused and grinned.
"I'd apologise for mistaking you for a whore but I doubt you'd believe me. Nor would I be. But tell me, why does a princess walk about barely clothed?"

"With a body like this, who would not?" Lavinia asked, placing both hands on her hips and assuming a pose, a natural pout coming with it. "Now, are you going to say anything of worth?"

"Aye. Come to bed with me. I've never had a princess before."

Lavinia laughed out loud. "And why would I do that? You are a horrid creature with a horrid mouth," She remained where she stood.

"But if you don't, syou'll regret it all your life," he said. "I bet you've never had an Ironborn captain before."

"You're right, and I'm proud of it," Lavinia replied, turning her back to him as she scanned the crowd. She then looked back at him over her shoulder. "I've had way more important men." She winked.

He grabbed her elbow and swung her round to face him.
"What men?"
His face was right up close to hers and she could feel his breath on her.

"Men far more appealing than you," She replied, poking the tip of her dagger at Euron's chest, lightly piercing his skin. "Men who would crush you with two fingers."

"Oh yes? Were they giants? How did they not tear you apart when they were inside you?"

Lavinia sighed and shook her head. "What they say about Ironborn is true; you are all dumb. Not even aware of what a metaphor is." She rolled her eyes and turned around again.

He certainly didn't know what a metaphor was, since his reading ability was limited and he hated books anyway.
"Now come on, if you hated me that much you would have run off an age ago."
