"He probably would think that. But if I marry her I have the King as my father through marriage. The Heir would by my brother in law. That is a lot of power Maester Damon."

He nods. "It is, it is something to think about, I shall inform Lord Stark as well. Oh and your father requests you..." He looks sadly.

The Body of Lord Jeremy Arryn is laid out on a dias just in front of the weirwood throne. He wears soft blue clothes with a blue cloak with the large Falcon of House Arryn upon it. Aldric is almost always present, in fact right now he is kneeling before softly praying to the Seven.

Wilhelm looks down at Jeremy...he grips the mans arm and takes out another Iron Longsword, slipping it between Jeremy's hands. "Be well." He says simply and walks over to Aldric, waiting for when his prayer is over.

Aldric stands up his eyes never leaving his fathers body. Hearing Lord Stark's soft breathing Aldric looks to him, "Thank you again for coming to the Eyrie Lord Stark. I am sorry I have not been much of a host."

"You are as a brother to me Aldric, you need not be a host, I felt like you when I lost mine, you have no need to be regretful for anything." He states putting a hand on his shoulder.

"During the defense of the Bloody Gate all I did was pray to the Seven that I would live through those times." Looking back to his father, "But now I would give anything to go back there and see my father standing upon those battlements again."

"Indeed, he was a passionate fighter, the elder falcon had the drive of a strong man." He remembers. "Almost as pleased he was when I come from the north, we stopped them there. That marked the end of war in the North." He says to him.

Aldric finally notes the many people in the Hall. "It was a great time for our families. I wish that our families can continue to stay close. My father wished and so do I, Wilhelm. We will talk more but now I must be Lord Arryn." Rolling his shoulder Aldric looks to the weirwood throne.
Taking a deep breath Aldric steps up and stands before the throne, "Please!" The single word escapes Aldric in a great booming voice, "To Lord Stark to you my Uncle. To all of this household I thank you. My father was a great man, I loved him with all my heart." The young man stands straight now looking at all the people, "I invite all to come forward and place something to be placed in the crypt with Lord Jeremy. From a good dagger to a simple strand of your hair please come." With that Aldric takes a small hankercheif wrapped around a dagger. Many recongised as the only objects that Aldric had of his brother and mother, finally Lord Arryn sits down on the weirwood throne.

Aelinor brushed her clothes and looks at Ser Edric,"You will be with me, right?" She looks at the doors of the hall. "I guess I"m ready then. You can open the door Ser Edric.""

Edric grinned. Aelinor's nervousness was now showing.
"I will stay at your side, your Grace. As well as Ser Brynden and Ser Quentyn here. And you have naught to worry about. Everything I have heard of young Lord Arryn makes him to be a very fine man. Noble and well loved."
He nodded to the guards and pushed open the doors to the High Hall as they passed through.

Aelinor walked infront of her guardsmen,"Hello Lord Arryn, I am Princess Aelinor Targaryen." She smiled with a slight cutsy to Aldric. "I wish to thank you for letting us visit your home in your time of grieving."
She looked at him,"And I wish to give my sincerest condolences for your father's passing."
