Aelinor nodded,"Thank you, Ser Felric." She repositioned her hood and continued riding beside Lorraine.

Lorraine worried that Ladybright would draw his sword, or that Edric would knock the man from his horse, and a thousand other things. But Felric gave his Oath and that seemed to be enough, for her at least. She knew northmen had a reputation for standing strongly by their word. "So you will be riding with us, then? I suppose that means I can tell you where we are headed."

Quentyn remains silent and stays close to the princess.

Ser Felric? He could get used to the sound of that. Glancing behind at the pair of angry eyes though, he worried that he wouldn't have long to appreciate it. "It'd be a fine thing to know my lady. Though, if you could get the princess to stop calling me Ser, the actual knights would have less issue to chop my head off and I would be eternally grateful."

Lorraine laughed, to hide the awkwardness of the moment. "We are on a tour of the realm. First, though, to the Vale of Arryn. Will you ride with us until we split ways or will you be coming to the Eyrie as well?"

"I would see the castle that scrapes the sky. Hard to believe something like that could be built, but the Wall is rather hard to believe as well. I suppose I'll have to guard my tongues around such folk though. As high as honor... and they won't let you forget it. "

"The Wall?" Lorraine leaned toward him with interest. "I have never been to the Wall. I should liek to see it someday, though. What's it like?" Thinking a bit more, she continued. "My eldest brother married an Arryn. She seems to be well enough, but she is the only one I have met. I don't know too much about them, other than their keep is impenetrable."

He began to describe the wall in graphic detail. Its size, the men guarding it, the wilds beyond it. The other men leaned in to listen, and even the dornishman seemed interested. A small band riding up the dusty road, leaving the seat of the Dragon, to ascend to the fortress of the falcon.

/////////////// The boy limped along the road, staring at the green forest in front of him. He had begged, borrowed, and stole his way down this road. He was tired, and he had to remain cautious still. Nearly taken multiple times, he was now paranoid of those who wished to "help" him. The first had been the kind. The second cruel. And the third perverted. Looking down at the loaf of bread, the small figure disappeared into the gloom of the Kingswood.
