Edric turns to Podrick and Arthur in response:
"It may not have been pretty, Ser Arthur, but you're a better fighter for it now. I must take my leave now, Sers, and prepare for the tourney. I will see you in the lists."
He turns and heads back towards the streets.

He nods. "Of course, is that the only one Ser Nestor?" He asks. "You can enter all three of the events should you choose." Jory pulls on Nestors tunic and gives him a 'go for it' head nod. Nestor rolls his eyes and then responds to the master of ceremonies. "I will enter the joust as well then." Nestor nods in thanks to the master before turning around and leaving to get prepared.

Princess Aelinor stepped onto the Tourney grounds, followed by four soldiers of the Kingsguard. Sighing,"I hate that I have to be followed everywhere I go outside of the castle." She saw all of the knights dressing, talking and laughing. She guessed they were preparing for the tourney.
All of the sigils, she knew them from her studies she knew them all.

Shrugging,"I just wanted to see..." Looking at the sigils again. "I wanted to see what happens before the Tourney, what they do here before they beat each other up."
Blushing slightly and whispering the next remark to herself,"And see if someone catches my eyes, I guess...." Aelinor continued to walk with the Kingsguard around her.

Lorraine was a few steps behind Aelinor. "Good morning, Aelinor. I'm going to enter the tourney. What do you think my mother-in-law will think of that?"
She strode up to the master of ceremonies and said, "I am Lorraine Lannister, and I should like to enter the archery competition."

Aelinor looked back at Lorraine,"Oh good morning..." She smiled,"Really? That would be something to see you win, and as far as her opinion goes.." Aelinor made the "raspberry sound","We will not worry about her."
She stood still with the Kingsguard as Lorraine talked to the Master of Ceremonies, entering herself into the competition. "I just decided to talk a walk, Ser.. Is that a problem?" She then looked at the Master of Ceremonies.

Aelinor nodded at him,"My favour? Ah yes my favour." She looked at Lorraine,"Well.. Of course I will, but it will only go to the knight who will "catch my eye", I believe.." Looking around, blushing slightly again.
The her hand was kissed, Aelinor smiled lightly and nodded,"Yes... Ser Baelish.. I believe I heard your name "Pod" being yelled throughout my siblings reception..." She giggled slightly.

Lorraine giggled. "I didn't plan to tell her just yet. We will let her be surprised." She cast a long look at the master of ceremonies and then the Kingsguard. "I really don't think its so dangerous for you to be out and about...especially with so many loyal knights to your father. I don't envy you your position, Princess."
"And has anyone caught your eye, Aelinor?" Lorraine looked eager to find out. "Oh, no matter, you can tell me later." She gave her friend a wink.
-------
Aymery Westerling trudged onto the field, his father standing at the edge and watching his son walk. He went up to the master of ceremonies and muttered. "Aymery Westerling, seventh son of the Lord of the Crag. I'll be entering in the joust, if it please you." He looked back at his father, who nodded.
