Princess Lavinia watched all the stupid people pass her, finally turning to approach Aymery. "Well well, I have not seen your here before," She said, looking the man up and down while one hand brushed down her dress.

"The Tarly boy, Ser Cedric, a good fighter... But it's known that it's hard even for the best hunter to catch a mockingbird..." He giggled.

Aymery's eyes widened. He looked for his father at the edge of the field, but the tall man was nowhere in sight. "Uh...uh...I am Aymery Westerling, youngest son of the Lord of the Crag. And who might you be, my...my lady?" Her tripped over his words, and his voice cracked a little.
---
"Ser Cedric?" Lorraine said with a hint of surprise and dismay. "Well, good for you. I pray your luck continues, Ser."

"Luck..." He swallowed the anger, took a gulp of his water and smiled. "As Ser Edric Reed said, we Baelishs manufacture our own luck..."

Ser Cedric, after dusting himself off, approached the master of ceremonies. "Ser Cedric Tarly, son to Lord Wylas Tarly of Horn Hill. I shall be participating in the joust. No more, no less."

"Are you upset, Ser? I did not mean to offend." Lorraine watched him with curiosity.
She noticed Tarly approach the master of ceremonies. "Oh, Ser, we were just talking about you."

"No, my lady, Ser Cedric is a tough fighter if it wasn't my ... luck... he would have beaten me. " He grinned...
"Good things, aye Ser....!" He laughed "Come, join us!"

"I have not heard of house Westerling; do tell me about it."

She smiled to each of them. "We were discussing your bout of yesterday. I didn't manage to see it, as I was focused elsewhere."
----
Aymery was still wary, though relieved that the conversation was taking so innocuous a track. "We hail from the far west, bannermen of the Lannisters. We have a seat that hangs over the sea, called the Crag." It was only then that he realised she had said "Princess." "P-Princess Martell?" He scraped a bow. "All the way from Dorne?"

"I would be honored to." said Cedric, in response to Pod's offer.
Addressing the Lady, he said, "Ah, yes, the spar between Ser Pod and I. I took it as a sign from the Seven to steer clear of the melee. But I do wish you the best, Ser Podrick. My loss won't look that bad if it was to the eventual winner."

Aelinor stood watching as she noted on Lorraine's conversation with the knight. She was also observing how each knight reacted and treated her, but in all it may have just been a show to make an impression.

"Yes, all the way from Dorne," Lavinia replied, stepping close to the young man. "And are you loyal to your bannerlords?" She asked, leaning forward ever so slightly.

"Ser.. Tarly.."she took note of the name,"I have heard of you as well... You must forgive my studies tend to keep me from eyes of many until these festive events." Aelinor then looked at Ser Baelish with a smile, with a chuckle,"Ser, my favour is reserved until I have made my choice. And I can tell you are not the only knight of the realm here.."
