"Very well then. Though I'm not as familiar with these smaller wooden bows." Felric takes the bow, strings it and sinks three arrows into the dirt at his feet. Staring at the target down the range, he selects his spot and looses his first shot at it.

Still smiling broadly, Lorraine lined up beside him, mimicking the arrangement of the arrows. "I wish you luck, Master Crowl," she said, taking aim at the target alongside his.

First Arrow hits the mid ring, the second arrow misses, and the third arrow just hits the third ring. Next is Crowl.

Felric turns to the young lion "You nearly had me! If the wind hadn't picked up for your second shot, you would be the victor here my lady. And now from the yelling men, it seems they want me to move my horse so they can continue construction. A pleasure." Kissing the ladies hand and retrieving his arrows, Felric leaves the field, horse in tow.

Lorraine frowned at the targets. She couldn't believe she missed with the second arrow. "Perhaps I will finally surpass you at the tourney! Be well, Master Crowl." She bid him good day as he kissed her hand and departed.
She went to the targets and tugged the arrows from them.

Arthur got up from the fight. "I bloody lost. I bloody lost!" He threw his tourney sword to the ground and skulked off towards the Harbour.

Arthur got up from the fight. "I bloody lost. I bloody lost!" He threw his tourney sword to the ground and skulked off towards the Harbour. "Ser Hightower!" Lorraine tried to get his attention as he stomped away. "Ser Arthur Hightower!"

Lorraine hardly thought she would catch him, he seemed to be determined to head off. "Well. I... I wanted to tell you that you fought well. I managed to watch the matches."

Arthur laughed, "Fought well? If those were real swords, I'd be dead. That was the worst I've fought in my entire life, but I thank you for the compliment."

Ser Cedric laid in the dirt for a moment, trying to figure out what just happened. He was doing well enough, landing blows on the Valeman when the opportunity presented itself. Unfortunately, his opponent got the last strike, and that was the most important. Using the greatsword to prop himself to his feet, Cedric congratulated Podrick. "A well fought match, Ser Podrick. I beleive you will do quite well in the melee. As for myself, I think I may just stick with the joust." A light chuckle escaped from the knight's lips.

Lorraine bit her lip. She hadn't actually seen him fight after all. "I'm sorry. Well, at least they were blunted, so perhaps you will be able to get him back at the tourney? That is, if you are still going to compete. Felric Crowl quite outshot me, but I plan to practice and best him when I can."

"That's good. As for the melee, Reed better watch out. Good Night, My Lady." the Hightower then walked off.

Lorraine inclined her head toward him and smiled. "I wish you luck, then. Good night to you." She looked around the nearly empty field. She was often one of hte last to leave. Returning the arrows and bows to the equipment tent, she headed for home.

"A Fair fight Cedric, I just hope for not meeting you so early in the Jousts" he smiled and turned to Lorraine. "So my lady, I bet I overcame you espectations..."
