Also HTF does Gerold automatically reason that Stark's friends are the Princess and a Lannister? Unless he provides some logic behind it, he really shouldnt know.
ESPECIALLY since Stark does not give gender for these friends. For all Gerold knows, it could be some lordlings or something!

Yah, he knows about the Princess, due to the fact that she's travelling around the realm and was officially in the Eyrie last, but doesn't know about Lorraine. Edited my post.

Um Gerold, what is it your trying to do with sence motive? You cant just assume everything by looking at them sence motive is more like "Oh i want to make sure hes not going to steal from that cart let me see if i can guess if he is."

I'm just throwing around Sense Motive because Gerold tries to analyze people he meets. He's not trying to read their minds with it, or guess whether they're going to do specific things. He's just looks at their expressions, gets a simple read on them.
