He looks down to her, not sure what she was thinking about or if what she was thinking about was really. "As you wish Lorraine, however I do not believe what you think is so bad." He smiles to her.

"I am sure you think me very silly and naive, unable to speak my mind." Lorraine looked at her hands, so petite and pale beside his. She hardly knew her own mind, how could she imagine sharing it?

"I guess I have more to learn than I thought." She frowned, feeling rather like a scolded child. "As I said once before, though, I am used to court, where everything is spoken of in only the most roundabout manner and where even the most innocent conversations are couched in misleading words. I know that my life will be different now, and the people I encounter more straightforward in their speaking, but it will still take time for old habits to change."

Soon the carriage can not handle the cold and the men seem are unused to the cold, night soon comes. However one thing is positive, you are in the North.

"Thank you," she said, kissing him back. She saw the sky glow with the colors of sunset. They had ridden all day. Thinking of setting up the camp for the night, Lorraine's thighs began to ache.
