(Seduction Roll: 147 Pass)
He looks down his cheeks ridding, "Of course...I would hate for such beaut....I mean dishonor to come to a lady of your stature..."

Lavinia smiled brightly up at the captain. "Oh, that is very generous of you, Captain! It is good to have a friends in high places." She laughed softly. "I will of course understand if you cannot give much time to me, as you are a very busy man."

"Oh, how can I ever thank you?" Lavinia asked happily, before going on her tip toes, not easy in those shoes, and giving him a kiss on the cheek. "I hope we will speak again soon!"

"I shall," Lavinia said as she strutted to the door. She blew the man a kiss, winked and left.

Ser Edric walks in after a long night at the feast. Tired from the pursuit of the mysterious man. Upset by the fact that he not only allowed him to escape but also kill one of his men.
"I need to speak with the Captain immediately." he thought. So he walked over to the Captains office door and knocked.
"Captain, there is an urgent matter we need to discuss." he bellowed.

He opens the office door. "What is it Ser Edric?"

"I am surprised you have not heard already, given the Kingsguard rushing through the streets. A man dressed in our armor appeared at the wedding ceremonies and garnered the suspicion of a few of the men there. After the ceremony I went to speak with the man about abandoning his post during the service. He wondered off to relieve himself, this small act is what triggered the chaos during the ceremony. However, he attacked the guard with us, slashing his throat and killing him, and escaped through the streets.
I mean no disrespect, Captain, but the men need to be kept on a tighter leash to prevent further infiltration of our guards. The man just walked up and relieved one of our guards without so much as a second though! If we are that easily fooled I shudder to think of what else could be happening within out ranks."
Ser Edric tried to contain his anger. He accepted responsibility for what happened but couldn't help but question the ability of the Captain to control his men.

"There was a murder of one of our man not thee days ago, we have an investigation however not much was known. He was off duty and most thought of it as a bar fight or some other issue however i was not quite sure." He states walking back over to the desk.

Shocked by what the Captain just admitted Ser Edric asked "How can we expect to protect the city when we cannot even ensure the safety of our own men?"

"It was a single man who was seen drinking heavily and sweet talking a jealous mans wife." He states. "It had nothing to do with safety..."

"Regardless of the man's reasoning, 2 of our men cut down within 3 days, senselessly. And by small folk and rogues at that. Our standing in the city hangs in the balance, Captain. If the Gold Cloaks' cannot protect themselves, we will have no clout in the city. The peasants will arm themselves and it will be chaos." Edric proclaimed.

"And that's what your here for is it not? To teach them to protect themselves?" He glares back.

It was true. Edric is now responsible for ensuring the men can wield their weapons.
"I can teach them to fight, aye. But that alone won't restore the reputation of the Gold Cloaks. I will take my leave of you, Captain."
Edric, disappointed with the information the Captain provided, headed to his quarters to get some rest.
