Sansa gave a small smile and a ladylike wave to the woman. "Gods bless you Lady Lorraine," she said calmly as the woman hurried off. She was curious to see how the woman did with the bow but decided to remain in the lists where most of the nobles still remained.

After the archery competition, Lorraine breathlessly returned to the stands. "I came in second! Oh, I was certain Felric would beat me, he had before, but I still came in second! I could have sworn I would be dead last!" She resumed her place, near Sansa. She could see her mother-in-law Lady Melantha shaking her head at her and knew there would be an earfull when she returned to the Lannister Manse, but she didn't care. She was too excited!

Sansa was lost in thought as no one had come to speak to her, so when Lorraine came back in a rush of words and excitement, she almost jumped. She placed her hand above her heart and spoke to Lorraine calmly, "Well done Lady Lorraine. I am glad that the competition went well for you."

"Oh, I am sorry to startle you. I just really didn't expect to do so well. To be honest, as I aimed my bow I wondered why I had even bothered." Lorraine was still a bit winded, having run back to the stands. "Do you know what is to be the next event, Lady Sansa?"

"Oh, well I thought it was to be the jousting?" Sansa looked unsure, "I was not really paying attention, I am sorry." She looked around, "I am not really good at social occasions like these. That was what my sister did. Attend parties and tournies." Sansa appraised Lorraine again and thought about a book she had read some time ago, a thick tome detailing different families. "Lady Lorraine, do you mind me asking if you are related to the Tullys?"

As he helps him up from the ground.
"You sure gave me a run for me money this time!"

"Its the melee," noted Lorraine, watching the men line up to fight one on one. "Do you not like tourneys? I find them quite exciting. You should remember to cheer for your knight! Its that one, there." She pointed out Podrick Baelish in case Sansa had forgotten. She watched the men a moment before she realised Sansa asked a question. "Oh, yes, I was born a Tully. How did you guess?"

"How disappointing, Lady Sansa. He lost."
Lorraine cheered as Ser Edric Reed came in first.

"You remind me.." Sansa looked over at the field, lost at where Lorraine had pointed, most of the men seemed similar to her when they had their armour and weapons out. "You asked if we met before, I think you were right, we have not but..then.." Sansa looked unsure again and did not pay any mind to the melee, ore annoyed at the sounds as she tried to think of all the names and words that she had read in the pile of pages, and the newer scrolls she had read. "Your name is familiar, and your features as well. You were born a Tully? And so who are your mother and father?"

Pod came to Lady Sansa looking at the ground, he couldn't bear the lost fight. "Sorry, my princess, hope I shall honor you better in the Joust...."

Ser Edric shakes Arthur's hand and walks over to where the nobles are seated.
"Lady Lorraine!" he shouts.
"I would like you to have my tourney blades. In celebration of your achievement, and mine, this day."
He tosses the wooden short blades to his squire who runs them up to the lady.

Sansa turned her head quickly during her discussion with Lorraine, "Do not worry Ser Pod. I am proud of your effort."

"My father was Lord Brynden Tully, and my mother the Lady Morena of House Mallister. She was his second wife." Lorraine was surprised at the girl's knowledge. Most people simply assumed she had been born a Lannister...albeit a Lannister with atypical features.
"What?" Lorraine was surprised to receive the wooden swords. She graciously accepted them from the squire. "Thank you, Ser Edric! You fought well! I appreciate that you chose to honor me with these tokens!" She grinned broadly to Sansa. "Isn't it exciting?"

Arthur walked over laughing, he broke his tourney sword over his knee, handing the two pieces to the swampman. "For you Edric, a reminder."
