Sansa followed Lorraine's gaze down at the brooch in her hands. She turned it over and inspected it for a moment before replying. "It was difficult and sad. Even if I was with the rest of my family, it would have been sad to see and hear of death. I think we are both alike in our wish for no war." After she had inspected the brooch she looked up at Lorraine, "Would it give offence if I did not choose to wear it right away? I do not usually wear jewelry or other things. It would be wrong to show others that I am..." Sansa looked for her cloth but forgot she had given it away to the knight so she coughed lightly into her hand, "affiliated with Ser Pod's house, Seven bless him."

"Oh, I see. It is understandable." She was disappointed the Lady did not seem to share her excitement, nor want to wear Ser Podrick's brooch. "He may be a bit disappointed, though. He did just loose pretty badly. Still, he is an honourable knight. I know of many worse."
"I am glad I was not born a man. I don't know that I could kill another person."

Ser Cedric, still on his horse, circled the jousting rink once more, letting the roar of the crowd wash over him. His opponents had been good that day, but at the end of it all, this knight stood alone.
Finally, Ser Cedric brought his horse to a halt in front of the royal family's viewing box. Bowing his head to the King, the knight waited for the King to proclaim him as the victor.

"It is a heavy burden that they must bear." Sansa looked down at the field again, not sure where to look or how to keep track of things. "Maybe he will do better at the next event."

Aymery smiled at his father. "Did you see, Father? I got to the second round! I knocked down old Ser Baelish!"
----
Lorraine shook her head. "I hope he does. He looks rather down."
As Cedric circled the field, she clapped her hands and got to her feet. "Oh, Sansa, look! Ser Cedric has won!" She noticed Tytos and took his hands. "Look, he won!"

"I saw, son. I also saw how you were smacked around the ring like a little bitch by Ser Hightower here. I have no idea what he sees in you, but if he wants to waste his time, that is his choice."

"I thank you, My Princess." Ser Cedric waited for her to present his gift. Little Harold stood beside the knight, holding the horse's reins.

Sansa looked to the newcomer and said, "Hello," but then shifted her attention to the field after Lorraine's outburst. "Oh this Ser Cedric is a friend of yours?" Sansa asked as she watched Lorraine take her brother's hand.
