"5 gold dragons it is then thank you. As for the men, I fear you've misunderstood. I do not seek to lower your ranks by stealing trained men from your father Ser. I seek young men of fighting age. Perhaps smallfolk, or bastards. Whatever, so long as they can hold a spear or sword and take direction. I shall send a raven to your lord father seeking approval then.
Enough of business though. You crowned lady Lorraine at the tourney, Ser Cedric. A most shocking decision to the nobles it seems, as they were expecting the un-wed princess Aelinor to receive the honor I suspect. I'm sure that started a few rumours around the city."

"Oh, I'm sure the boy was thrilled to see such a final tilt. Lord Dondarrion gave me quite the challenge, after all."
"It would be best, Ser Edric, to send that raven. I wish I could be of more help, but my father still holds the title of lord." Drinking the mead, Cedric replies to the aspect of the crowning. "Yes, I'm sure most of the nobles took it as quite the surprise. It is best for the Lady Lannister though, as now she will be wanted by every wife-less noble from Dorne to the Wall. Princess Alienor is very beatiful though, so I do not doubt that she will be one day crowned by the jousting champion." He took a big gulp from his goblet. "The rumors would have started whether I crowned her or not, all I did was add my own dash of flair to the talk."

A Barmaid walks over to Nestor with a wink. "What can I do for a strapping young dog like yourself." Noticing his crest.

Nestor is sitting at a table near the center of the room with Jory and his personal guard. Jory was just bothering him about not wanting to leave Kingslanding so quickly after the tournament. The barmaid was a pleasant distraction. "Ale and lots of it for the five of us. Also I was wondering if you knew about any oppertunities around here to gain coin. I lost the tournament which means I received no reward."

The Barmaid smiles at the knight. "Well loosing a Tournament does not mean you are without loss....there are plenty of opportunities out there for a large strapping man like yourself. As a knight...you could attempt to apply yourself to any of the noble families here with the bandit attacks people are asking for good trainers." She smiles.

"hmmm, smart and pretty. you are quite the rare flower. Tell me, i'm not from this area, where are these bandit attacks, what is the most notable house in need?" Jory seems to quickly go into a better mood at the thought of helping against bandit attacks.

The Barmaid giggles. "You Flatter me Ser, as per house....hummm....well you could always go over to the Stark Manse, the Hand might be looking for people who want to hunt the bandits." She says thoughtfully.

"Work for the hand? Sounds like we could make some good coin there. I thank you M'lady. I will have to speak with him in the morning." Nestor gives the girl a pleasent smile, and begins to drink deeply.

"Anything else?" The Barmaid makes a point to lean in deep to place the drinks down.

Nestor catches himself looking down the barmaid's shirt, and jolts his head away from the gaze. Now turned red hoping she didn't notice he replies. "Just keep us full with ale, that should be all we need."
