Scenarios must be typed and sent to a Admin for approval they must be no shorter then 500 words and without a request for a skill increase or a desire in the setting.
Should you wish to keep things secret you may submit a 700 word Scenario that is up to the admins approval, they are accepted rarely.
You may increase 2 skills lower then noteworthy and 1 skill noteworthy or higher. Skills past Expert require 2 posts and require good rolls.
You may submit 2 scenarios a week and may not improve one skill twice during the same week.
