You are allowed two characters, one main and one alt that can only have skills up to noteworthy no matter of age. Your alt must be restricted to the same area as your main.
Step one: Name, what is your characters name?
Step Two: Region, from where does he/she hail?
Step Three: Age, how old is he/she?
Step Four: Bynames, what else is he/she called by?
Step Five: Skills (Up to one noteworthy if under the age of 16 or your second character.) What are his/her skills?
- Expert - Expert - Noteworthy - Noteworthy (To here if under 16 or second character.) - Apprentice - Apprentice - Novice - Novice - Beginner - Beginner
Step Six - Background, whats his/her story?
Step Seven - Appearance, what does he/she look like?
Step Eight - Reputation, how is he/her known?

Also I am going to add a note about the skill Language
Beginner is 1 Novice is 2 Apprentice is 3 Noteworthy is 4 Expert is 5 Master is 6 Grandmaster is 7
For example you gain the language of your home. For any town in Westeros it is Common for the free cities it is your version of Low Valaryian (For example Braavosi)
So if your a novice in Language you could have common as your start and High Valaryian and Low Valaryian.
