She looked at her father, watching out for the return of the Princess with the wine. "I just want to know what is to become of me? The twins are married now, and as it stands I am the last one that is available" Lavinia returned not much later with two glasses of wine, both Dornish Red, handing one to the princess. "Here you go, princess," Lavinia said, smiling widely. "It is such an honour to be able to fetch wine for you."

The King looks to Aelinor. "Daughter, I am giving you permission to marry any noble man you should meet and get a liking too, however understand you are of age of marriage and if you do not pick within the next few years I will be forced to give your hand away, I do not want to do that but no daughter of mine is going to become a spinster." He looks to her.

She loved her father very much, maybe it was because she was the youngest but she did feel that he deserved her utmost loyalty and love. "I do not know anyone here except in name only father",she glanced around the room,"And no I do not want to become a spinster either." She chuckled, then she noticed Princess Lavinia with the wine,"Thank you, and please do bot consider it fetching, that sounds so lowly."
Raising her glass to her,"You offered and I accepted, and I thank you." Aelinor smiled, then looked back her father.

Ser Edric supposes the robbery Richard and Wilhelm are discussion is regarding the family sword as it is all that has been on Wilhelm's mind as of late. A distraction from his lost love he suspects, though a tragedy of itself.
"I am healthy and happy. You can't ask for more I say. I'm sure you're aware of my appointment as Master at Arms for the Gold Cloaks?
To more pressing matters though. Wilhelm, I will speak with the Captain and have the Gold Cloaks keep their ears and eyes open for news of Ice. Should it come within the walls of Kings Landing, I promise you it will be retrieved."

Arthur turned his head to gaze upon Princess Aelinor. She was beautiful and single. He was unwed. He walked up to her. "Ser Arthur Hightower of Oldtown, princess." He knelt.

"But I consider it an honour," Lavinia said, curtsying again before sipping from her own wine. "My own beauty pales besides yours and so it must be called fetching, because to you I can only be a servant."

The king laughs, eyeing the Martell Princess again. "Well my daughter there are plently unmarried men around, perhaps if you took your nose out of a book and talked to one of them you might find one interesting." He teases her with a grin.

"Princess Martell, I do not consider you a servant.. Just because my father sits upon the Iron Throne." Aelinor smiled,"I would rather consider us to look forward to becoming friends." Aelinor took a small sip, the taste was excellent, she smiled.
Then she turned to her father,"I like my books, father. I am learning so much and the Maesters are firm in there lessons. You did give them blessings to do so...." She was then slightly startled by Ser Hightower's introduction. "Good evening Ser.... Hightower. It is nice to meet you on such a festive day."

"Northmen have no reason to Joust." He looks to Edric. "Should you ride if the Tourney you shall be the representation for the north, I know it is your fantasy to do so and I would have no other to represent us." He states and looks to his Uncle. "I would never have thought not to, how is Bethany and the Children." He asks him.

"Indeed I have Ser Edric. The Goldcloaks could not have asked for a better appointment. Truth be told, we need more men like you to serve in the faction. After all, they are the first line of defense between a hostile force and the King. Surely that should be of importance?"
"But I digress. This is a happy day, and should be filled with happy talk. Your father must be very proud of you Edric. After all, not many northerners become knights, let alone from the Neck. To be appointed to the Goldcloaks is beyond belief."
Turning to his nephew, he answered, "They are well enough. Bethany misses the North terribly and I would prefer the children were raised there as well. But the realm needs me here, and I want to keep my children close after all these years of war."
