"How else are we to travel, then? On horseback?" Lorraine was fond of riding, but weeks and weeks on horseback... her bottom hurt just thinking of it.

Lorraine seemed relieved. "I'll have to hurry to find something warm to wear, then. But I am glad we won't be on horseback...at least not the whole way. I do feel sorry for the knights and men accompanying us, though."

Aelinor nodded,"Well we can make stops and make accommodations for them at the inns to be sure that they are rested."
"I think on this trip we need everyone able bodied and healthy."

"As you wish, I shall have the Knights waiting at the stables for you." He says hugging his daughter and kissing Lorraines hand politely. "Have fun!" Before he leaves.

Lorraine stood, curtseying once more to the king as he left. As the door closed behind him, she said to Aelinor. "I will tell the servants to pack your things. Would you direct them? I must go gather my my things as well." She headed toward the door. "Try not to bring the entire library, would you?" She grinned.
