"It is fine do not worry..." He unties is cloak holding it under his arm as he makes his way to a log to sit down. "If you would like to talk a bit, I am going to be here a while until someone can tend to me."

"Are you sure? Do you think it will take long?" She moved closer to him, standing near as he sat down on the log. "You aren't badly hurt, are you? My arrow didn't get anything vital?"

He chuckles. "Calm down Lorraine. Trust me, if I had a fatal wound I would be dead by now." He smiles at her. "Glad to know you care so much."

Lorraine frowned. "I would hate for you to insist that it was only a flesh wound, then die a few nights later, writhing in fever."

"Then perhaps you need to say what you need to say now." He teases her.

"And what do I need to say? Perhaps you should lead by example."

He looks to her thinking deeply taking a deep breath. "I have already said I care for you, I have told you something not many people know. I do not know what else I can tell you."

She sat beside him on the fallen log. "I care for you as well, my lord. Sometimes it almost seems as though I have known you for weeks rather than mere days."

Post by Princess Aelinor Targaryen on Sept 3, 2012 17:16:53 GMT -5
Aelinor watched Lord Stark and Lorraine shaking her head. She has basically broken the thaw and he has laid himself bare for her and Lorraine still resists him. She sighed, and touched the necklace. The more she looked at them, the more she thought about what she did.
"Maybe she's pushing him away because of that", the princess thought. "Maybe it bothers her that he was supposed to be one of my suitors?" SHe climbed back inside the carriage and pulled out her journal again.

"Well we have met before. Many times, even as a child my mother from House Tyrell took me on a tour of Westeros. I stopped in Riverrun before, you probably would not have recalled me though." He says with a smile.

"I know I have seen you, and perhaps exchanged a few words, but I haven't had an idea of what you were really like. Even now I don't think I have known the half of you." She thought back. "How old were you, at Riverrun? I'm not sure I recall."

"Eight first, then twelve the second time." He stays and stands. "I guess I have to go find the healer, or I may just bleed out." He smiles to her.

"Godspeed, then." She watched him get up, then stood up behind him and followed a few paces. "I hope you will seek me later. I heard we will be at an inn tonight. I will be with Aelinor. I am sure she is still shaken from the attack, as she had no one to comfort her, as I did."
