"I'm not offended in the slightest, my lord." She let him take her hand, and she cast her eyes down. "I cannot...not tonight. But you may kiss me again if you wish."

He smiles. "That is fine, if you must know I was not going to do anything you did not want me to do." He strokes her hair gently and smiles lightly. "You are beautiful Lorraine." He waits for her to lift her head before meeting her lips with his for a brief moment. 'I can not remember....is it at two kisses or three when a couple officially begin courting." He teases her with a big smile.

She blushed, kissing him back. "I wouldn't know how many," she said. "I've never courted before."
"Now I must join Aelinor, or she will miss me." She kissed him again, quickly, and ascended the stairs. Ladybright gave her a look from his post outside the door, but she fled inside before he could say anything (if he would say anything, she never heard him speak that she could recall). She touched her lips, thinking of him, fighting the voice that told her to go back to him and accept his offer.

Ladybright never judges people, just watches. Ladybright is one, Ladybright is stern, he bows and lets her pass.

Wilhelm smiles and watches her leave, and hesitate a few times that makes his amused. He looks around and gives a sigh and opens his journal and begins to write in the old tongue as he normally did, they would reach Winterfell soon.

Gerold arrived at the inn past nightfall after riding nonstop since dawn. His horse was near dead from all the galloping it had been doing, but some food and rest would pick it up again. He picked up his gear and strode into the building.

Aelinor was not asleep when she saw Lorraine entered the room. Her eyes bright,"Well...."", she asked with a smile on her face that made her look like a teenager. "You look might happy, Lady Lorraine." She patted the end of the bed,"So tell me what happened?"

The arrowhead was ruined he saw, looking closely. The hammer had shaken as it had descended for the final blow... no that was his arm that was shaking. How long had it been since the sun had fallen? Sighing, Felric closed his eyes, just for a second. He was asleep on the floor a second later.

Gerold walked in. The innkeep was still awake, so there was a chance of getting a room. Good. He was tired of sleeping in bales of hay.
"Hello. I would like a room for the night."

The Innkeeper, and about twelve other people stare at the newcomer.
"Ten Coppers..." The Innkeeper says.

"Done." Gerold slid 10 coppers from his purse onto the counter.
"And."
He flipped out 4 more pennies, held them in between his fingers, and lifted them up for the 13 people to see.
"4 more for rumors, recent events, and interesting people passing through."

Lorraine was startled when she saw that Aelinor was still awake. She colored deeply. "Why are you still awake? Were you waiting for me?" She started dressing for bed; combing her hair, plaiting it, putting on her night shift. She was especially glad she had decided against staying with Stark...gods knew how late Aelinor would have waited up.

Wilhelm shuts his book and stands looking to the one eyed man. He narrows his eyes. "And you wish to pay for information, rather then just ask?" He says looking down to him.

"The roads aren't full of men as honorable as you, Lord Stark. A penny in the right place can save a life, and these people likely need the coin more than me. I don't have time for honor."
Stark. He hadn't recognized him at first. Idiot. Offering a bribe up in front of a STARK? The man would never listen to his counsel now. Oh well. Still worth a try.

Wilhelm looks to him. "Castle Black seems to be under attack, Ser Podrick Baelish is getting married, The heir to the Sunspear has been kidnapped. Nobles taken on the Roseroad, and the most important.....Winter is Coming." He eyes the man, wondering what he was really after.
