Starks. Gerold had forgotten how crucial they were, and more importantly, how they would defend the wall in times of need, which the Crown would never do. Immediately, Gerold aquired a new goal: Keep the Starks, and more importantly, their forces, away from Southern wars. Perhaps Lord Stark WOULD listen to him.
"Besides me, you're the first man I've met to list Winter as the most important thing on that list. May we speak in private? I'm Lord Gerold Hightower. You may know me as The Coldeye."

"I do not concern myself with events of the events of the south we will speak but first I must speak with two friends of mine. I Am escorting them to Winterfell however with the events at the wall I may need to go without them. I do not want them getting hurt. " The cold wolf states.

Aelinor smiled,"I am still awake because I wish to know", she chuckled as Lorraine got dressed,"everything that happened between you and the Stark."
She crossed her legs, rocking slightly in place waiting patiently for the information. The princess knew something had happened because Lorraine was gone for a long while after the sparring between Lord Stark and Ser Edric.

Lorraine made a face at Aelinor. Sitting down on the bed next to her, the events of the night ran through her head quickly. She had no choice but to smile. She decided to skim the surface, the little maid could not know everything. "He kissed me," she said, folding herself in the thick blankets of the bed. "And then he kissed me again."

Wilhelm nods once to the one eyed man before making his way up the stairs to the rooms.
Wilhelm looks to Ladybright and places his large sword at the door. Understanding the silent protector this was a call of information, he wanted no trouble with the white knight.
He knocks at the door to the princess's room, He knows its late but this is a matter of urgancy and must be dealt with as soon as possible.

Lorraine heard a knock at the door. Who could it be, she wondered. Perhaps it was Ladybright, too polite to enter when his charges were likely in a state of undress. She got up, pulling a thin robe on over the chemise and passing the princess a similar robe before going to open the door a mere crack.
"Lord Stark?!" She was selfish enough to think he had followed her up the stairs. "What are you doing here?"

"Lorraine, I have some urgent news for the Princess. Information that may change your direction on your trip." He says with a serous face.

With a stunned look on her face, Lorraine peered back to check the princess' decency, then let him in. "It's Lord Stark, Aelinor. He has some information to share with you."

Two friends. Gerold thought for a moment. They would have to be... The Princess, and... some other highborn lady, judging by the fact that Lord Willem wanted to leave her behind for protection. Hm. He sat down and waited for Lord Stark to return.

Wilhelm bows his head. "My Princess, Castle Black has been under attack I must muster House Starks troops to aid them. Apparently there are some unseen creatures of large there." He takes a sigh, knowing he may not come back from this one.

Lorraine sat down on the bed beside the Princess. "So you will be riding to the Wall? Do you plan to go immediately?"

Gerold pondered the words Stark said to him before leaving. Castle Black under attack. Disturbing. It was probably too early for the wights, thank the Seven, but if the Night's Watch fell to Wildlings... Gerold shivered. It was good that Stark was coming to help them.

"I must, the Wall is important, you may continue to Winterfell, but my brother shall be Lord of Winterfell until my return. " He says looking to Lorraine.

Aelinor was dressed with her robe covering her. She stood and nodded at him. "I do understand Lord Stark, you must do your duty. Is there anything I can do?"
"I can send word to my father for aid, if you require it?"

"I can not ask that, the Northern Calvary will be enough I assume. Do not worry however there will be enough men to guard you in Winterfell should you still decide to stay." He says to her.
