The Lannisters' Manse in King's Landing is not as impressive as their seat, Casterly Rock, but they still insist on ostentatious decor to show off their wealth and power. The entrance hall is studded with windows made of costly stained glass which depict the various houses that are under house Lannister. The walls are lined with sconces in which candles are lit nightly.
This is the entrance for nobility and other honored guests.

Princess Lavinia Martell knocked on the door of the mansion. Today she wore a purple dress, which wasn't as revealing as her other ones, though it still looked rather ridiculous the way the fat princess was squeezed into it. On her ears she wore her big hoops and her face was heavily made up.

The porter came to the door dutifully. "Good morrow to you, lady. May I ask your name and your purpose?" He looked her up and down, noticing how darn fat she was.

"I am Princess Lavinia Martell," She said, staring boredly at the porter. "I am here to speak with Lady Lorraine."

"Princess Lavinia Martell?" The porter looked her over again, this time noting her bronzed skin, marred in some places (her ample cleavage for example) by a few stretch marks. "This way, then, Princess." He led her inside the grand hall. "Would you wait here a moment? I must ascertain whether the Lady Lorraine is within."

Lavinia followed the porter on dangerously high heels, wiggling down the hall after him. She nodded when he spoke and waited patiently for Lorraine.

The porter knocked briskly at the door of Lorraine's chamber. "My lady, are you at home to the Princess Lavinia Martell?"
Lorraine groaned. "I suppose I must be. It would not do to refuse a visit from a Princess, even if she is one of the cruelest and most arrogant women I have ever met." She got up, adjusted her hair in the mirror, and followed the porter back to where Lavinia was waiting.
"Hello, Princess. You look..." She looked her up and down, then forced a smile. "Like you enjoyed the feast last night."

"Very much so," Lavinia replied with her typically arrogant smirk. "Do you like this dress? I believe I look simply gorgeous in it." She laughed softly. "You are quite pretty yourself today, Lady Lannister."

"I think it is a lovely color for you, Princess. Your seamstress works wonders. Her thread must be made of iron, to bend and stretch so." Lorraine felt much better today. The wedding seemed long ago to her now. "And thank you for the compliment. I was just finishing dressing."

Lavinia gave a small pout as she looked the Lannister up and down. "I can tell; though I would recommend you wear more flattering dresses. To accentuate that which you might lack." She gave a fake smile.

"I prefer to leave my body to the imagination. Some might say that fashion is more enticing to men, rather than leaving it all out like a fishwife hawking her wares. But what sort of gown would you suggest for me, Princess?"

Lavinia laughed falsely at that. "Oh, you are such a dear! I would suggest, hmmm... something that hides your pale skin. Maybe something padded to give you a little more form." She shook her head.

"In King's Landing it is quite fashionable to be pale. Not everyone could be as exotic as yourself. Perhaps you went a bit overboard on the padding this morning, Princess. I believe you were rather smaller before the feast."

Aelinor walked hurriedly to Lorraine's quarters. She knocked at the door, still adjusting her cloak, primping at her silky dress. "Lorraine, Lorraine...?"

"What ever do you mean?" Lavinia asked, seemingly oblivious to how big she was. "I mean yes, this dress is a little tighter, but would you not say I have the perfect shape?" She brushed a hand down her body as she shook her large hips twice.
