The Black Brother sighed. Why must the newcomer make it so difficult for himself?
"You don't threaten a man of the Night's Watch." In a moment, the lord's son was surrounded. A moment longer and he and his retinue were stripped of all weapons. Two men grabbed either of his arms, pinning them behind him.
"And now you shall see the Lord Commander." He smiled, amused at the look on the mens' faces.

Donal went for a walk in the yard he knew he would get twisted look, even more now that he was garbed in his red robe, for some reason he was not feeling cold, actually, he could feel the heat emanating from his hands. He saw men fighting and some practicing archery... But he couldn't find the one who gave him that warm welcome, until...

A skinny boy, also recently arrived from the south, stared at the Red Priest. He was supposed to be watching the men train, but the Priest was too shocking a sight for him. "What are you doing here?" he asked incredulously.
